Although such ingredients can vary in their halal certification when obtained from different manufacturers, we guarantee that in our products, they are indeed halal-certified. If you made a mistake during checkout contact us as soon as possible. Once the order ships we kindly ask you to refuse the delivery or return the products for an exchange or refund.

In most cases, if your address is invalid (and does not exist) the order is automatically put on hold. Contact us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the delivery might be delayed. If you wrote down a valid address that is still incorrect (e.g. old address), contact us as soon as possible. If we cannot put your order on hold in time it will be shipped regardless to that address and we will not be able to assist you unless the package is returned.

In case of a return, after we examined the goods and deemed them in a proper state, we will then initiate a refund. You will receive a confirmation regarding this.
