How do I return my order?

After receiving your products, you have 14 days to notify if you want to return the products. For this, download and print the withdrawal form online. Once you have reported wanting to return the products, they must be demonstrably sent back to mbnutrition.com within 14 days. You can e-mail us with the withdrawal form at info@mbnutrition.com.

For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils, and other sealed products, it is required that they can only be accepted for return unopened and in undamaged condition (any seals intact). If you have damaged products during use, we may charge for this.

The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after withdrawal.

Items whose safety packaging has been broken can therefore not be returned without explicit contact with the customer service of mbnutrition.com.

All orders can be returned within 30 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.
